About Sakhi
Sakhi is a web-based portal, designed primarily for Micro and Small enterprises. The goal is to assist them in their daily business activities, making sure that their operations are effective and efficient. Helping MSMEs in bringing them online, easing their work, and empowering them.
Why we need such thing?
There is a prominent Industry gap of not having any viable and Intuitive super solution for small scale businesses. Currently, Solutions that exists in market are very domain-specific or are designed in a way that small Businesses find them out of reach.

For whom we are designing?
One of the most important aspects before proceeding was getting to know the Users and their Problems, Journeys, and what they do know to overcome those. I talked to multiple people and mapped their journeys from Micro and Small Enterprises to know more from their perspectives.

units belong to this sector, employing 40% of India’s workforce.

Expansion should be Profitable
For MSME to Sustain and Grow it is highly important for them to expand their reach, but many times Businesses simply add on oversupply as Markets don't hold enough demand. Sakhi aims to ensure that Businesses are expanding only when there is a demand and Supply gap in their favor.

Apply for a License or a Government Benefits
The Biggest hurdle to claim any Benefit, expand to new Domains, and more is the cumbersome regulatory process that involves. Sakhi aims to ease this process by directly applying to schemes, initiating applications from Portal, it also informs about the feasibility of your application.

Increase your breadth of Suppliers
To Enhance the Cost-effectiveness of any MSME it is important that they are buying inputs at a competitive price and also from a reliable source without payment defaults.

Reduce the amount of time you rely on your accountant.
For Micro Enterprises, Chartered Accountant cost takes a big chunk of their expenses also replying for small regular things like an E-Way Bill on a CA increases unnecessary time consumption. Sakhi aims to decrease this reliance by educating and helping them do such tasks on their own.
